FSX Real World Weather Problem

Recommended Posts

As a matter of interest; did you know that Ideal Flight makes the weather without downloading from the internet, it has a global weather simulation. As regard to winds in adjacent cells, they are carefully matched to avoid pushing you around, even in winding jetstreams. Also adds 'complex winds' upgrade to FSX.Best regards;Steve

IF refers to an internal algorithm that determines by time, date, and location, and generates a model roughly similar to weather you expect. However it's done to be interesting since it needs to be different to real world weather. The complex winds work with any weather engine, but IF weather has jetstreams with complex winds aloft, and creates effects everywhere.Best regards;Steve
