CAN NOT LOG INTO PMDG SUPPORT

I DOWNLOADED MY MD-11 AND HAVE NO INSTRUMENT PANNAL OR FMC (DARK SCREENS} WHEN I TRY TO LOG INTO PMDG SUPPORT I GET A MSG SAYING CAN NOT FIND MY ACCOUT. I CAN LOG INTO MY CART BUT NOT SUPPORT.

I need to know how to get in touch with PMDG support, or information on what the problem with getting panels of the MD-11 to download.

You'll need to register separately at the support portal.The login there isn't the same
