Just to upgrade on what is hapening, i decided to try something because it seems to me that the 'out of the box bios settings' has quite a high v-core setting so i went manual and kept close to stock Ghz. I set my multi at 35 and dropped my v-core to 1.07 but got BSOD so went back and tweaked to 1.08. It booted fine at this, so idid a quik 1hr. test with prime 95 and got 46, 47, 53, 43 'MAX' That's a drop of 7degc from my out of the box test. Based on this i feel that cooling is ok and can start ocing.

It has to be the individual processor because what are the chances that you get a bubble over the exact same core twice or the TIM spreads exactly the same way twice to affect the same core?
My reference was to my thought you were asking about temps if you clocked so I was indicating mine under load.I turned HT off was on and now under Intel Burn 59 66 65 69 Vcore is 1.366 but under load I see it jump to 1.391v every once in a while. LC level 2

Well i am going to be into overclocking end of the week (am shooting for 4.5ghz for now) and if i can get your temps i will be happy.I just wanted to make sure i was stable at stock and my cooling was ok before i start ocing. Funny , #3 is your hot core and mine is #2Regards,
