July 19, 201114 yr From what I know and what I've read, it's not the GPU that improves FPS. It's all on the CPU. Chris Ferguson PC Specs(Rebuilt 1/11/19): i7-9700K - Non-OC'd, EVGA RTX 2080ti, G.Skillz 16GB Ram 3000mhz, EVGA SuperNOVA 1000w PSU, Cooler Master ML360R, ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 MoBo, 2x 2TB HDD, 1x 1TB Samsung EVO SSD, 1x 220GB WD SSD
July 19, 201114 yr If you are not using a stock cooler you should try to get that CPU to at least 3-3.5GHz otherwise that GTX560ti is of no use... at all. Your CPU is a HUGE bottleneck at the moment. But getting that CPU there depends on a lot of factors (like your MB, PSU and RAM rated speed) so maybe that's not even an option.Anyway the fact that you can not see a big difference in fps looks totally normal to me.
