July 22, 201114 yr There is a growing popularity to extend parts of the desktop to a smartphone or tablet and have read about users on the iFly site that they are using these devices as a external FMC or FMS for the iFly 737Also Aerosoft have launched a new App for offloading radio stacks to the smartphone so there is a lot going around now.Very nice gadgets but I have another wish and was wondering if someone already implemented it.I would love to offload my FSCopilot user window to such a device while running that application on a remote pc to get the lost 5 fps back and be able to run FSX again in fullscreen.Although it is running on a remote, I still must have the FSCopilot window in front to follow the chat, ATC Freq. etc.Because I am flying in 3D Vision, I need to go windowed now, otherwise 3D is not working anymore with the FSCopilot window in front. Happy landings...
