  1. looks roofs to me, not quite sharp but this is an old machine... I'm in the build of an Haswell one. I like the ukrainian shot, trees and overall textures are plausible.
  2. pics from middle east, china, japan, indonesia, ukrainia cheers
  3. Yes and I like especially the Ethiopian 787 program! Cheers
  4. Hi! Since I installed FTXg after assignment flights I do a lot of random bushflying/exploration of our world. Very satisfied with it. I may post shots but have to crop a little because they are panoramic! Cheers
  5. There is a flag in fsx.cfg which will force the program to stop and popup a message with missing textures.[sCENERY]ShowMissingTextureAlert=1One time I had the whole world only water (same as in x-plane) and the bug was that in scenery.cfg there were two missing entries, at the very begining after fs9 lines[Area.001]Title=Default TerrainActive=TRUELayer=1Required=TRUELocal=Scenery\WorldTexture_ID=1[Area.002]Title=Default SceneryActive=TRUELayer=2Required=TRUELocal=Scenery\BASEHope you findRV
  6. An iPad and AirDisplay, you will be able to run anything on it ( I do)RV
  7. YES, you will be able to do that!I'm using three monitors and both USB and WIFI devices for additional displays.RV
  8. I mean the USB touch screens are now usually driven with an USB virtual graphic card driver. The iPad I use make the video communication with WIFI, alas I didnt yet seen any equivalent app for android, the android does not act as a monitor in this case unless someone figure an app to do so.I wrote sometimes ago this http://eric.artmuz.org/wp/?p=930RV
  9. VasFMC would be ideal, it communicate via WideFS to flightsim (FS9, FSX, X-plane with VasFMC plugin)If you mind to install FS on the laptop then you may use Wideview wich synchronize all running FS in different computers.RV
  10. This would do for a moving map, but how U will get the video/data connection with your computer?RV
  11. Yes very possible! You may have to plug the screen only after FS has booted. Anyway it's less clumsy than the VR-insight which need a video port.I'm currently using an iPad with airdisplay, PMDG's and CaptainSim's FMC goes in the touch screenRV
  12. I love the Kodiak despite the sounds are default caravan, but flying model is good. Looking after the Epic LT.RV
  13. You wrote about choosing between the MU-2 and PC-12. The PC-12 in x-plane, despite of beeing a payware, looks like a freeware, toy-ish and rough textures, for this plane I'll rather switch to FSX and fly the excellent Flight1 Pilatus. For what concern the MU-2 I think it's a marvel. Controling gauges and levers in 3D panel has never been so realistic before. Everything is modelled and in this case there is NO MU-2 like this in FSX...Thanks for reviewing anywayRV
  14. The cellphone guy is a MS SDK object, it may be seen on many sceneries and also stock missions (ex. Telluride)RV
  15. It helps to install big photosceneries on another drive, but some will not go, by ex. ORBX series always goes in FSX folder. If you are using RadarContact the chatters files goes in program files (system drive)RV
