They were originally available from FileFront, but were removed (without my permission) because nobody had downloaded them for a while. I have no idea if they are available in the AVSIM Library, but even if they are, the chances are that I made a few extra tweaks and upgrades subsequently. Just give me the word, and I will do it immediately :)

I am assuming that "sea0801.zip" is something completely different (possibly extra photoscenery)? Nevertheless, I will upload Seattle 2006 and SanFran 2006 tonight, and provide download links for them in this thread.
