I have been watching with interest the excitement and anticipatation of the release of this new 737NGX. I have been simming since it began. If I am not mistaken, I kinda remember back in 2005, the release of the "B747 Queen Of The Skies". I believe also that PMDG was using some of the AVSIM servers. The download demand was so great, it brought AVSIM down. Does anyone else remember this? Anyway, I too, am looking forward to this new A/C and other new addons for FSX. FSX with all the wonderful addons today is nothing like the FSX when it first was released. Best flightsimming to all . . . . .

Yeah, I remember them putting up auxiliary forums for the first week or so. I think the NGX release is going to blow the 747 release out of the water, but it sounds like PMDG is ready for the onslaught.

Considering in the last week since PMDG made the "Soon Defined" thread Avsim have been having their users online record broken numerous amount of times, including just today it broke it again by 500+ users more than the last record and right now we're 300 more than the last record (set yesterday)... Yeah it seems it will be bigger than the 747 release.
