The creative folks at MS still need to fix this issue. Even in cloudy weather, aircraft and building shadows appear as if in full sunshine. Do we have to wait for fs10 to see this dealt with?EytanLLHA

Until MS gets that right you could always turn off the shadows in the display settings when it's cloudy. Thats what I do.
