i fixed it. just cycled through the views. i wanted to post a ticket but i didnt see where.

but when i open it in virtual cockpit its frozen

After the install of the NGX, start FSX and when you are in the cockpit, close FSX and restart. When I started FSX I could not switch to the different views. After my FSX restart all is OK. Hope this helps.
