There's a pretty nice EPWA right here in the AVSIM library. I haven't tried Helsinki, but EFHK is available at www.fsnordic.net.

There is an excellent complete freeware package of Prague with airport, satellite image ground scenery with adapted autogen and a few VFR objects for the Prague area at flightsim.periskop.cz No need for payware.MK
