Hello fellow simmers, I'm having a strange issue, which I've searched on the forum and only seen one similar post, where all of the panels in the VC are black. The only thing I can see are the DEU's and out the windows, everything else is black. The 2d screens/panels/etc. are fine. This is occuring with the PMDG liveries and any livery I've installed. I'm running win7 64bit and I installed the NGX as the admin and ran the livery manager as the admin. I am not running AVG, but do have Microsoft Security Essentials running. I've removed and reinstalled the liveries with the same results. Is anyone encountering this issue or similar? Overall I've extremely happy the NGX and will continue to fly using the 2d panels. Sounds like it could be a bad install. First did you read the introduction and follow recommendations? Did you install as Administrator?

Hi George, Thanks for the very quick response. I did install as an admin. I will uninstall, re-read the intro doc and will try reinstalling and will report back.

Hi George, All is fine now. I performed a complete uninstall, rebooted, reinstalled the NGX as the admin, rebooted, launch FSX, the VC displays with no issues. Exited FSX, launched the livery mgr as an admin, installed 1 livery, rebooted, lanuched FSx and the VC is fined. It must have been user error during the inital install. I'm off to KTPA from KPHL.

I have this now to, everything has been working fine since I installed this thing the day it came out. Was flying along today, went to have a peek at an outside view, came back to the VC and everything black. Will finish the flight in 2D cockpit I guess. Anyone got any ideas how I can force a reset on the textures? I have tried switching views again, playing with my display settings to try and force it, but no luck.
