August 8, 201114 yr Anyone else using Rudder pedels with toe breaks and having issues? If i try to use the toe breaks right or left the breaks just lock up on me and the 737 comes to a stop, now i know about the Break release issue mentioned in the introduction manual but i thought that was only in regaurds to releasing auto breaks or the parking break. Using the Saitek Pro Flight rudder pedels. Any help or suggestions would be great thanks Jason Aerts

August 8, 201114 yr Author Ok but if i try to use the toe breaks at all, for slight left right movements the BREAKS comes on at the lower left of the screen and stops the plane, i cannot use the toebreaks normaly. Toebreak sensitivity in FSX is default atm, but ive tried a few variations and no diference. Jason Aerts
August 8, 201114 yr Try this, I know that it sounds backwards but I promise it works:(if your Saitek autocalibration is totally out of whack, you might need to force the calibration by removing certain reg entries and then re-inserting the pedals, but let's try this first)- goto Windows Game Controllers and select your pedals, then Properties, Settings tab and there press Reset to Default. - after doing the above Do NOT calibrate the pedals in either Windows, inside FSX (that uses the old W98 calibration module from Windows) or by using any Saitek calibration/control SW. Just don't calibrate them ok. - start FSX and goto controller settings and define MAX sensitivity (full right) and... MINIMUM nullzone (you read right) ie full left for the toebrakes (you have to first select Advanced to see their own bars for rudder and toebrakes so you can modify the toebrake sliders)- finally just check that your axis settings have toebrakes defined for left and right side and that both axises have the checkbox selected in the Reversed setting (should be)Report back!
