August 8, 201114 yr Hi EveryoneHave had a few little issues with the NGX but in general love it. My question is that the horizon line in the HUD is not on the horizon when looking out into the distance. It is a little above the horizon, any ideas what is likely to be going on?CheersBarra Regards Barra i7 7700K, 16GB 3200MHz DDR4, GTX1070 OC 8GB, 1TB Samsung SSD for OS and P3D4.4, W10 64Bit, Corsair H115i Water Cooling
August 8, 201114 yr Yes. The horizon line in the HGS is based on a flat plane extending out around the aircraft. The Earth's surface is curved, so the actual horizon will be below the horizon line. This gets more pronounced at altitude.
