How often can i activate this

Hi, How often can i activate the NGX? I am reinstalling my Windows about every half year and I did it shortly after installing the NGX so now, i already installed it 2 times. Do I have to worry? Just saw that activation is limited. Or is it possible to extend this activation limit somehow.

If you end up running out of activations, just send PMDG a support ticket and they'll help you out.

As long as the hardware isn't changing it's pretty much unlimited.

You can send PMDG a ticket in the bad event that you have to re-format your hard drive and re-install FSX. It happened to me before. They will always help you out.

Marco - the ticket system has been cleared out every night since release... I've said this before - I have no idea how your ticket could be sitting for a week without one of us answering it.

i am really sorry Ryan....i had indeed an answer within 24 hours.I assumed the ticket was still "waiting" but did not doubleclick to open it... my fault... and also i can tell that the second activation worked well txs marco
