hello, how do you get to the engine start levers

If in 2d panel, press shift+a or open a new window, go to the vc in the new window, and press shift +a.

Are you referring to the two knobs on the overhead that control ignition and make the engines rotate before fuel is injected, or the two fuel cut-off levers, which are located in front of the thrust levers? (VERY approximate description, but it should make sense).

As I said, those are the two little white levers located in front of the thrust levers. The procedure to start the engines is described in great detail in the included documentation, however!
