August 10, 201114 yr it is worth the money thank you pmdg! we all want to make it better so these are what i think we can do toward the product! i heard someone as PMDG members say trim wheels in NGX are rotating at a realistic speed but i checked some videos of real cockpit the real 737 actually rotates its trim wheel at a faster speed.i also i found in a real 737 if you turn off the pitot switches the lights will not go out as fast as the NGX does.we are also expecting a 1 RTA feature 2 manual gear extention 3 a stable A/P when treansfering from VNAV to heading selthe apu starting sound is expected to be bigger if you are testing the oygen you are expected to switch to Mask(ACP) and transimmiter and receiver should be in FLT position only under that configuration will the O2 flow sound be heardand when turning on the APU, in a real 737 we are expected to keep the switch for a bit more time than NGX does.when switching on the APU bus on, we can't hear the instant sound effect expected in a real NGand the ADF part: there seems to be no due difference between ANT and ADF mode?what about the V/B/R mode in acp is that made active?and the last: we do need an EFB(even if the charts are not included)the brakes will go down as we expeience in J41(can we see that effect in SP1?)there seems to be a problem with the steering system no matter how hard i try to turn off both of the hyd systems it still works?and in cdu do we have a supp nav data function? we do appreacite it if we can type supp into the scratchpad and click the nav data ! PMDG!you know what? you are really amazing to take some many efforts to build up such a complex system! everyone will say whaoo the moment they get aboard! we just want to make it even better and you should be the best of all time! that's why i talked of these tips. one more thing: we are dreaming to have a simulator edition: in which PMDG is siumulating a instructor platform where you can set all the positions , weather and failures, etc ----that will be very awesome!
August 10, 201114 yr I'm sure that there are limitations in FSX to get the simulator 100% accurate with some of the features. 99.9% aint too bad though! Darrel Cooke
