Hi All, 1. Downloaded hotfix2. Removed my only livery3. Ran hotfix - seemed to complete and then a blue screen.4. Now no Livery manager or pdfs.5. Tried reinstalling hotfix6. Not tried opening the sim yet Any ideas please? Thanks! Carl Beeby

HI, I ended up uninstalling/reinstalling the aircraft. I then installed the Hotfix, then liveries. Everything works fine, it didn't even ask for the activation again. I'd give that a try, if you experienced a BSOD during the hot fix.

Hi, Yes had to remove the NGX. Rebooted.Installed NGX vers 2888 and checked we could load up with that (no liveries)Installed hotfix and checked I could load after that.Installed my 1 livery plus 2 more (be rude not too, eh?)And there we go - working!And the most impressive thing..... Even the flights I had previously saved on approach situations now load without error (was not expecting these to work as I reinstalled the NGX)Thx again for input.And thanks PMDG for a prompt fix!Carl
