You can put it anywhere you like. Then using the PMDG 737NGX's Livery Manager, you can install it into the sim. Please refer to the Introduction document that was installed along with your PMDG 737NGX for further details.

I click on a PTP file, direct that to the livery manager exe for its opening app, and the liveruy manager show up but there is no livery in the right hand side box. ever. Tried this again and again, no livery at all.
