Did you load the airplane on top of another complex aircraft or on top of another NGX variant? If so that's why, FSX bug and there's nothing we can do about it. You need to shut FSX down if you're switching liveries or types of complex addon aircraft.

I also had that with a frozen beacon and no engine animation plus that pesky antenna(on a Qantas!), plus no chocks animation. I blame it on the imported flightplan I used. Since the hotfix I did not see it on my last flight.
