When I try to check the run as administrator FSX shortcut it is grayed out, can someone tell me how to fix this

Not the correct place for that eh?However it could be something with your administrator Rights.Does FSX Run when you select admin?

You probably have UAC turned off. If you turn it back on again it should fix itself.Go to My Computer, Control Panel, User Accounts, Turn User Account Control On or Off Option.
