August 17, 201114 yr Hi, Well, it looks like you need to rotate your model by 90 degrees... And you will need to convert your 24 bit BMP textures that you probably used in 3D Max to something like DXT3 or even 32 bit 888 using a program like DXTBmp. August 18, 201114 yr Moderator I assume you are using Panda for exporting from Max to an .x file? If so, then you need to adjust your Panda settings to change the model's orientation... ...most especially the "X File Settings" tab and the "Left Handed Axis" option.
