Turn your anti-virus software off.4. Make sure you have admin. rights.....etc..etc..etc My system is Dell XPS9100, 2.8ghz processor, Win7 Home edition, Radeon 5770 1 gig graphics, 9 gig of ram, 1.5 ter H.D.
