August 19, 201114 yr Captain Randozza: I posted in your PMDG general thread my concern at not having ever received a verification email from you, after purchasing two LLCs, one for the J41 another for the NGX. I want to redownload the NGX but I cannot submit a support ticket until I finally get access through verification. The email address in my profile is unchanged. August 19, 201114 yr Ian, You may have realised this already, but nevertheless... Just log in to your PMDG normal account, then "View previous orders". You should then have a list of your PMDG orders, then click the NGX purchase link and the download link will be at the bottom of that page. I just re-downloaded (without having purchased any extended download) and it is the updated version with all fixes included (Build 2922). August 23, 201114 yr Author Maybe I am holding my mouth incorrectly but when I logged into PMDG (not the forum), there was no 'View my account' tab.
