I unfortunately cannot overclock my system according to ASUS.I cann however upgrade my cpu from a 920 to higher number.I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile to do this, or would it not give muchimprovement in performance for the cost?Ron

Before upgrading you need to test with certain tweaks and Nick's Nvidia Inspector settings.The tweaks I mention are from Bojote in the forum. And then decide or if other members say that you need to upgrade.
