August 23, 201114 yr I have never had this problem before. I have an I7 Intel 980X computer with really good specs. The download rate shows 2MB a sec. But the download quits anywhere from 4% to 21% completed. It just freezes. I have tried turning off the firewall and any other security measures that I can think of. I have retried and retried to download the program with no success. I have also tried using Explore and FireFox. Anyone got any suggestions. And I reiterate - I have never had a download freeze like this before. Is it the downloading server's problem or is there a solution to this? Eric TollLong Beach, NY

August 23, 201114 yr Author Ok - Figured it out -- this fixed it for me - after it freezes, I selected to pause the download, then i selected to resume the download, it looks like that solution worked. It is very strange...never had that problem before.
