Have loaded my newly purchased JS41. Can't activte the product online. When I continue through a flight I have no digital flight instruments. I am doing something wrong or would this be down to the activation issue? On the prompt I type the key code in upper and lower case with no success. 'Initialisation of licence failed'. Looks like a waste of money at this time. Can anyone help? I have submitted a ticket with PMDG but no response as yet. Thks to all. Keep 'em flying.....

The no digital instruments situation is PMDG's attempt to thwart piracy of their software. The license number on the confirmation email or in your PMDG shop account should work. If that doesn't it doesn't hurt to try the order code or order number. If that doesn't help submit a support ticket on PMDG's website. I do hope that helps. Keep the blue side up.
