The one off Bojote's tweak page doesn't work for me. I did a google search but all the limiters I found were no longer available or the link was broken. Maybe I missed one, but could someone point me to a working one. thanks

Oh you are facing stutter problem. I would advise you to check under Mobo / Hardware there is a post regarding stutters.
