August 25, 201114 yr I have dual monitors a 24" and a 22". I was looking at a 30" monitor. My question is:Will a 30" monitor give me less performance than a 24" - assuming the resolution stay the same? Or will I need to UP the resolution on the 30"'? which will impact performance? Will it be a big hit to fps. Paul Gugliotta

August 25, 201114 yr In any case it's not the monitor size that counts but rather the total pixel count (vertical x horizontal). Cheers, - jahman.

August 29, 201114 yr Hi Glenn, just out of curiosity, what kind of antialiasing are you running at that res? I started at my usual 8xS with 2x SGSS on the transparency AA (kills shimmering) Now settled at 4xS with 2x SGSS. Looks as good as 8xS at the new resolution. I have it at 8xS AA and 2x Supersampling right now. Works pretty good except for some major cities / airports. I'll play around with it some more. Brandon Burkley
