I have purchased a couple of versions of this product however obtaining a registration key for this product is a long and laborious process (as I have done this before, it was the single "sticking point" to my decision to buy this....). Though the product is a good product, and I appreciate the need to protect the software.. I would suggest that the registration process be changed to eliminate delays in the purchase and use of the product. There's got to be a better way as this is simply to involved...

not sure how difficult an email, with information formatted for an automated process to read it, generate a key, and email it back. seems pretty simple. but that's from my end. sometimes people use different email addresses. if i open up that floodgate, i might as well give everyone a key sometimes people like to write a long narrative, which is fine. just means that i have to come along every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and respond to them manually. sometimes after using the automated key generator, they'll revert to long narratives, or decide they want to put their name first instead of the product id. if this is an issue, and it causes sadness or bad feelings, let me know. i'll refund your money. it's not good for either of us, if you're not happy. jd
