No winter season

When I change to a winter season it loads and flashes on the monitor and then reloads to a summer season. I have tried reinstalling FSX and it still does it. I am using Windows 7. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.JD

In the opening FSX splash screen under Settings > General if you have "Use system time for Free Flight" checked then uncheck it and see what happens. If that does not work then I am out of suggestions.
