Does anyone offer FSX compatible business jets? Has the GV ever been developed say and if not would PMDG consider such a move? Lot been done with airliners, but a void in the market possibly.

Gulfstream does not allow (commercial) development of FS addons of their products.Flight1 has a great offering with their Cessna Citation Mustang. Highly realistic, beautiful model and relatively easy to fly. If you want something bigger and faster, the Eaglesoft Cessna Citation Extreme 2.0 would be a good option. Eaglesoft also has other corporate jets, but these are a bit less sophisticated (read longer ago developed) than the Citation Extreme 2.0 Both are around 50 ~ 55 US$ and well worth the money.

Or, if you are eccentric you can take the 747 and give it a BBJ paint. :)
