Can you enter airways into the NGX fmc? I have been looking but i cant find a place to put them in? Anyone know where?

Yes, -_-On your Route where it says VIA, under that section? If this is what you mean.

Under route not legs, In your CDU, there is a key that has RTE, his that for route, If you need to hit Next Page and you will see VIA, and TO Categories.

You have to put in an initial starting waypoint before you can put in an airway.

Also, believe it or not, this is covered in the tutorial.
