January 14, 200422 yr Hello Folks:The aviation authorities in Bolivia (the real ones) have changed the location of a couple of intersections. These new locations are reflected in the various AIRAC's, however, the default database of FS2004 still has the old locations. This creates a lot of confusion when flying add-ons.Is it possible to modify that data base so that the new locations can be entered??Any help is appreciated.Thx.Roberto Roberto Stopnicki Toronto, Canada
January 14, 200422 yr Roberto:Good question - I wish I knew. I'm trying to ADD intersections for the new localizer approach to runway 15 at KASE Aspen, Colorado. It would have to be with AFCAD, though I could not find it in the manual.http://www.2decker.com/media/solent1-2.JPGAlex ChristoffN562ZBaltimore, MDhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/57752.jpg PowerSpec G426 PC running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS, Intel Core i7 11700K @ 3.60GHz 30 °C, 4089MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 , ASUS TUF Z590-Plus Gaming motherboard, Samsung 870 EVO 2TB SSD, Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD, Acer Predator X34 34" curved monitor (external view), RealSim Gear G-1000 avionics suite, RealSim Gear GNS 450, Slavix Stay Level Custom Metal Panel, Honeycomb Alpha Yoke, Redbird Alloy THI, Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.

January 14, 200422 yr Unfortunately it is impossible to add or change waypoints in the navigation database that comes with FS. If you fly advanced airliner addons chances are that they use separate databases which are updated quite frequently by Mr Richard Steffan at www.navdata.at . If this is not the case then you can always add these new waypoints to your flightplan by entering their Longitude and Latitude (if you happen to know it).Kind regards,
