There is an option for TCAS in FSUIPC under Miscellaneous. There is an option in the NGX FMC as well. (Display All Traffic, or Filter) In addition to that there are options in FSINN for AI traffic. Not sure about squawkbox as I have not used it in years. So be sure all your TCAS options are set correctly and that TCAS is on. I fly with Ultimate Traffic II on VATSIM so I have both Online and Ultimate Traffic II aircraft showing on my TCAS. It will work fine if you setup your options correctly.
