If you're asking rather or not you should keep the stock Intel cooler, the answer is yes. Keep the original Intel box too. This will help you resale it if you decide to do so.

Yes, use the corsair H80, that intel's stock heatsink, however thousands of time better than and AMD cpu stock cooler, but not for overclocking, use H80 or any other aftermarket cooler. I dunno but I heard that you can easily go to 4 GHZ with stock 2600k cooler.

I have the corsair H80 to push it til 5GHz if I am lucky. :D harpsi
