"You Have An Invalid License" - Problem

Featured Replies

Hello PMDG. I purchased the NGX just when it came out, and it has been working just fine, activated and flew like a pro. But, now I just installed the SFP GOL livery, and when I open it I get prompted to activate it. So I get my code and paste it in, then it has an error, then I see an error saying that my license is invalid.http://gyazo.com/60736745bef695dd7cda65ebf6b77f04 http://gyazo.com/7460b938753644426776c054b0bd358b http://gyazo.com/7a77855a1f1b7889c481e6b2e9ba0b02Someone please help! :D

You'll need to go to their website & open a ticket on the support page. Activation issues as a rule are generally not handled on the forum.

I see a 737 that has not fully loaded loaded !!!--- Maybe if you correct that issue, then the registration might work. ? Try turning off all the "extra" stuff you have running, with FSX, and in the background on your PC, at least till you can get the plane re-registered.
