I use the PFD/ND popup window feature, then resize and move to another monitor. What is the procedure to make the resize and move permanent? Thanks

Move to another monitor can't be permanent. For all other resize and reposition purposes you can always edit panel.cfg to suit your needs.

Using any other aircraft - resizing panels on a second screen and then saving the flight brings the panels back on a reload of the flight. Not in the right position but poped up on 1st screen and in the set size. Isnt it? In The PMDG NGX they fall back to default.
