Aircraft activation problems W/737NGX

Featured Replies

Installation went great, no problems!Livery's program no problems, after i figured out one had to unzip the downloaded livery file.I can see the NGX aircraft in FSX . Checked all variants clicked details and can see the plane spinning around. Click on FLY and an "Activation Code" dialog box comes up, enter Order ID: get message, invalid. Click OK, kicks me out of FSX completely.Yes i did submit a ticket two day's ago. No response.EMail works fine even get stuff from "Pet Smart", don't have any pets.Everything is set up to run as administrator.FLEXNET in services was set to manual, changed it to automatic, no help. The only thing on this 300GB Raptor is WinXP-64 and FSX/PMDG 747,MD11, NGX, thats it.8GB 1600Mhz memory. Get 36 FPS at KJFK. Buck Bolduc

Yes. problem solved. I was using the order :ID I forgot about looking up the status of a ticket. The other PMDG software ran so long with so few problems. Maybe I should have more problems to keep up with this ticket stuff, yah right!!!Turns out you need to use a different number included in the download EMail to activate the aircraft, didn't notice it, too much of a hurry, like a kid in a candy store. Should have let my 18 mo. old great grand daughter read it to me.Have not had a chance to look at it, just clicked FLY at Bar Harbor. The plane looks dynamite! Thanks for posting Buck Bolduc

Yes, I believe it's called the license # in the email.
