January 20, 200422 yr Yep just one version or FS2004, ACOF or FS9..whatever you wanna call it!I noticed that in shops where i live FS2002 is more expensive than FS9 too.
January 20, 200422 yr Thanks for that Ben, the price made me think maybe I'd ordered the wrong copy.Russell.
January 20, 200422 yr Hi Russell,I am sure it's all about supply and demand. There are still many folk who are hunting for FS2002 (regarded as a classic milestone in the FS series) and certain retailers are making the most of it while stocks last. Cynical, I know, but it's the way of this world of ours.Mike
January 21, 200422 yr I'd attribute it to the number of people who are just getting their systems up to running FS 2002 at an acceptable level LOL!!! I laugh, but I'm serious. If I hadn't bought 2004 on opening day and read the forums closely, I'd stay away for a while. . . Maybe until 2006 came out!!! FS 2002 is awesome. If I had a way to put the new autogen in with 2002 along with the newer ATC, I'd have no reason to move up.
January 21, 200422 yr I use FS2004 as my primary sim but I still keep FS2002 around just so I can fly my PIC767 and Dreamfleet 737 from time to time. I'll retire FS2002 when those two aircraft are made new for FS2004 but not until then. :-)Will
January 21, 200422 yr I have noticed that too, in PC World FS2002Pro was full price and alongside FS2004!!!The problem seems to be that FS does not sell at the volume of other PC games, so even when superseded, prices on the older versions do not drop. The only major discounts I can find on FS products is for FS98/2000.
