They are right on top of things there at PMDG support! LOL.... This is crap that I have to wait at least 24 hours before I have a resolution to this, I paid $70.00 for something I can't use...

How many times have you tried to reinstall the addon using the same code. Also did you purchase the extended download use.. ?

I have installed it at the most 3 times because of some issues that I had with my PC. Yes, I did purchase the extented download use... I tried that as well, still getting the same error code...
