Error on gear up

Recommended Posts

Hello, I do love LINDA and have been playing with it. But, when trying a test fight in the PMDG NGX, I had this error and then it stopped interacting: [E] *** LUA Error: linda/aircrafts/PMDG 737NGX/actions.lua:2353: attempt to call global '_MCP1' (a nil value)I had taken off and hit the "gear up" lever, which is a toggle switch on my yoke. Up on the toggle is assigned to "NGX Gear Up" Any thoughts on what happened would be more appreciated. FSUIPC is up to date, so that isn't it. Best,

Hello (again smile.png ) Doug! You need to tell us what version of LINDA you use and what version of the NGX module you use (not all versions of each work happily with each other). Your hardware may possibly be relevant, too. But to maybe save you some time (I've just noticed that this post is already several days old) I can tell you that I started using LINDA v1.03 + NGX module v1.2 and had problems, which were fixed by moving to LINDA v1.1b (also with NGX v1.2 — and in my case, using the MCP Combo I). Cheers, Brian

I am using 1.1 Linda and 1.3 PMDG module. I just started this last weekend. I don't have an MCP. In the Setup page it is listed as "not enabled", but also "setup required". I'm thinking there's a conflict there but not sure.
