October 18, 201114 yr Hi,So last night I did the PVD-PHL route in the 800WL. Everything was fine, no panel freezes, etc. However, when I lined up to land, I was a little to the right, and I ended up landing about 100 feet to the right of the runway numbers.I have had a lot of autolands with the NGX, and there was almost no wind.I should also point out that I run the NGX without ANY hotfixes.Any help? Thanks,
October 18, 201114 yr Author Hi, Thanks for the suggestion, I'll do that. Just one question. When I turned VOR/DME, it set automatically to 288. I was on the 9R approach. Is this the FSX data, cause I don't see how that could happen...One last thing, should I just wait for SP1, or get the hotfixes today? Thanks,
October 18, 201114 yr Get a more updated AFCAD for KPHL Here! http://library.avsim...ftp&DLID=139925 This File is dated Nov-2009, so it is only 2 years old but the one in FSX is 6 years old. This should fix up any issues with the ILS not being in the proper spot, plus the guy adds a lot of extras as well. Anytime you have trouble with a default Airport look for an AFCAD for FSX in AVSIM Files Section and whenever possible use the one by Ray Smith as he is the best. File Description:This airport was designed with the latest version of ADE (v1.45) and made only for the FSX default airport: one with the Crosswind rwy's operating, now activated by ADE where all 4 rwy's will be used for takeoff/landing and one as the default rwy operation: assigned parking with extra parking, extra fuel trucks, new control tower, taxiways and taxi signs updated including the lengthening of rwy 17/35, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other improvements, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation Paul Deemer
