October 20, 201114 yr Hello: I'm using ASE SP3 with FSX and default textures. Can someone advise which are the best textures to use with FSX that are compatible with Active Sky Evolution? Thank you, Iain WilloW (YMHB) flaps2approach.comB737-800 simulator

Thank you, Iain They're all compatible - ASE has no textures of its own and no preference as to what textures are used.. DJ
October 20, 201114 yr Author Thanks.... REX has the weather engine included, so I'm assuming that it isn't a good idea to mix weather engines as I prefer ASE,, Iain WilloW (YMHB) flaps2approach.comB737-800 simulator

ASE is a much better weather engine. You can also use REX to create texture snapshots and load them via ASE. I prefer the first method. DJ
