Hi Damien When I start ASE on my second PC in FSX it takes a good few minutes for the wind direction to correct itself IE it counts up or down from a particular degrees direction until it reaches the actual wind specified on the report page, is this normal when using DWC, thanks Wayne

Hi Wayne, Yes this is correct and expected behavior depending on the "starting" parameters of your flight (i.e. the wind at startup). We are always smoothing in DWC and can't make assumptions as to if the "startup" wind is something that needs to be "smoothed away from" or just instantly replaced.
