Help me decide

Featured Replies

Im have decided to buy a few payware airports, I want 5 of them but Im only going to get like 1 or 2 for now and I can't decide which ones to get first. My choices are Simflyers Frankfurt, Simwings Madrid, Fly to Caribe (not the full pack, but one that has like 3 airports in the download) Simflyers Toronto, and Simwings Canary Islands. So which 1 or 2 should I buy first? I can't make up my mind.

hehe, it get's pretty personal. Do you like short hops in a turbo prop or long hauls in a heavy? Do like the idea of an approach over a sandy beach at dawn or would you rather the lights of the city at dusk? I have the Simflyers Rome and Toronto, and they're both great. There's afcads for them too. Haven't tried the Canary Islands one yet, but like you, I'm going to try 1 pack first. I'd just go for it. I think all the ones on your list are winners...billg

Wait till that SAAB 340 come sout soon. That looks VERY noce. Can't wait

I was hoping more people would respond, but since they didn't I went ahead and made my choice.I bought Simwings Madrid, Simflyers Toronto, and Fly to Caribe #1 (#1 includes Curacao - Hato International, Bonaire - Flamingo International, and Aruba - Reina Beatrix International)Now in like 2 weeks or so I will buy the other scenery :-)

Not knowing your location or preference for flights makes it hard for others to make good suggestions.....Personally, I like fairly 'local' stuff, and being in the UK, I just had to go for Heathrow PRO. If your PC is up to it, it's superb :)I enjoy flying the heavies around Europe, and have found some excellent freeware for Finland from FSNordic, and managed to find in a local shop, a copy of Simwings' Canary Isles for the very budget price of 98p ($1.75 -ish!)....Bargain!! It's very nice, and although it's designed for FS2002, there is a FS9 upgrade, and a patch freely available from their website. If you can find it at a good price then it's very well worth it...good fps, nice textures, and some neat animations!I shall be buying the Just Flight UK Airports CD's now that there is a FS9 patch available, too....if they are anything like the Heathrow Pro, then it'll be well worth it!

With respect - it was hardly worth posting to ask for advice when within a couple of weeks you will have bought all of the listed products.Andy b

SimFlyers KLAS is the best, I also enjoy Toronto. Wasn't impressed with KLAX though.
