Be sure in aismooth that you have the AI communications options disabled. Some users think RC is voicing those and then that causes confusion.Limit the options to just approach separation criteria and I recommend turning off respond to user aircraft. That has been known to occasionally cause lack of arrivals when the user aircraft is close to the runway.
