I must not be awake this morning. The liunk you provided takes me to an account overview page but none of the selections helps with extended download.

Right sorry about that . Ok so you have the extended download service. I do believe it is already applied to your account but if your in the same boat as me then you have to create a support ticket to ask PMDG to reactivate the URL which is what im awaiting hope that is of help .If not my extended download information is displayed on my previous orders page

Yeah i have send a support ticket because i believe that the originally download service is for only so many and if you have extended download then you have to request a new URL link" I think"

You are correct. I just located the extended download purchase email. It says to open a ticket. I like the Flight1 system better.

Yeah just the way PMDG operate im sure they will assist us very soon . as it's still early where they are

No worries. I have been flying other stuff pending SP1. I will make it another day.
