November 8, 201114 yr I downloaded the PMDG-NGX 6/700 Expansion model, ran the EZCA config.exe to add the aircraft and ran FSX. When I open EZdok to set the camera views, the V/C, A/C and world cameras are all gray---not showing pilot-in-command etc. Any suggestions? I find ezdock confusing to configure myself so am grateful some people are willing to post their settings.
