A caveat on PAPI use though, stop trying to follow them bellow 100-200ft, just maintain a steady rate of descent.Speaking of descent rate, knowing appoximately what your descent rate should be will help you, and is easy to work out.For a 3 degree glide slope, take your ground speed, divide by 2 and add a zero. e.g. 120kts GS, you want a descent rate of 600fpm.Once you're on speed and maintaining the required descent rate, make a note of your pitch attitude and try not to deviate too much, just make small changes.
